The Hampshire & Isle of Wight Further Mathematics Centre exists to promote AS/A-level Mathematics and Further Mathematics in the region and to support students and teachers engaged in Further Mathematics. The Centre is a collaborative effort between the University of Southampton and the four Local Authorities in the region (Hampshire, Isle of Wight, Portsmouth & Southampton) and benefits from the active involvement of staff from the School of Education and School of Mathematics at the University as well as from schools and colleges in the region.
